DESCRIPTION: Back by popular request...this will be last time we run this workshop in Canberra this year. This month we cover everything you wanted to know about the art of Schmoozing and more.

Presented by Schmooze's founder, Phillip Jones and his team, this event will have three parts:

    Insights and practical strategies, tactics and tips on how to integrate networking into your business development, marketing and PR goals in a confident and cost effective manner
    How to leverage all the many opportunities Schmooze offers to promote your expertise, services and create business and professional opportunities
    How to  use social media to cultivate and maintain real world relationships.

The content will be comprehensive and participants will also receive a complimentary copy of the Schmooze Guide to Professional Networking and other resources.

Phillip Jones is a Canberra-based social entrepreneur who is a expert on social and professional networks. 

He is the director of Two Degrees Group,  which provides a range of discrete professional consulting services  including advice on development and management of professional and  social networks, stakeholder engagement, tailored professional  development workshops and professional /business intermediary services. 

He is often invited to deliver workshops on a range professional  communication topics, as well as a guest speaker for a range of  organisations and associations- in particular on professional relations.  

This year he has presented on professional relations and networking for  organsiations such as Deloitte, Canberra Business Point, Australian  Business Arts Foundation and Innovation ACT, 

Phillip also founded Schmooze in 2003 and  writes frequent articles on the topic, many of which can be found on our website here.
