Referral Program

The program enables members a targeted and personalised means to introduce their expertise, products and services to the Schmooze community.

The range of services and products offered is intended to complementary and relevant to members they are offered to.

The offer can be changed every three months and the offer and its terms and conditions are defined by the organisation making the offer.

In return for offering members a special introductory offer,ongoing benefit (such as a discounted rate), or similar, Schmooze will provide the following:

• full page in the Members Lounge including images, logo, text about your organisation and details of the offer and contact details
• inclusion in the welcome packs and emails for all new and renewing members of your offer
• link to your page on the Members Lounge homepage
• promotion via the e-news to our members and subscribers
• exclusivity from competitors, so that a direct rival company cannot participate in the program whilst you are. For instance, we would not accept two travel agents at the same time inthe program.

One part of the program, Members would then contact you directly to claim the benefit/offer and if they purchase your product or service you offered, a fee is payable to Schmooze.

Participation Requirements

• The offer must run for a minimum of three months, after which it can be reviewed, updated or discontinued
• The offer should be targeted to either a Professional, Social or Young Professional target market, so we can best channel the communications for you
• A mutually agreed referral fee is payable to Schmooze (either a % of value of sale or a set fee) per successful transaction
• The offer is exclusive to Schmooze memberrs
• The member making the offer should send Schmooze:
  • Text about the offer including any terms and conditions
  • Text about your company (no more than two paragraphs)
  • Contact details including URL
  • up to 2 jpg images and your logo
  • value of the referral fee payable to Schmooze (commercial in confidence)
