Professional Relations Master Classes

You may have a business plan, a marketing strategy but do you have a networking/client relations strategy that brings these together and supports them? Are you and your colleagues working in synch or in different directions when networking?

These Master classes are presented by Schmooze’s founder, Phillip Jones drawing on his years of running Schmooze, and consulting across sectors to organisations and indivduals.

Participants will be asked to nominate issues or challenges in advance they wish Phillip to cover in each session and will also receive a range of resources and learning materials to support them in their ongoing networking.

Phillip provides insights into the following and more:

  • how to address challenges in your interpersonal skills
  • how networking can be used
  • using online tools to discover opportunities, position your expertise and maintain relationships
  • as a marketing or PR tool
  • personal branding- both online and real world
  • how to use social media for professional and business networking

  • strategies and tactics for internal and external forms of networking
  • how to be systematic in your follow-up of contacts
  • how to ensure you get value from your investment of time and money from your networking
  • how to ensure you have the right mix of short/ medium and long term cultivation and maintenance of professional relations
  • putting together a game plan to drive it all in an effective and measurable way.
