This one day workshop is designed for experienced trainers and facilitators who want to continue to develop and improve their facilitation skills and to expand their range of techniques and methods.

By attending this workshop, participants will learn advanced facilitation strategies to:

- Inspire and engage groups to contribute, commit and act

- Facilitate a range of group processes including business and strategic planning, focus groups, review processes and idea generation

- Take your facilitation skills to another level.

The Advanced Facilitation Skills workshop will be engaging, interesting and fun with philosophy of demonstrating how new learning can be applied in a practical 'real world' sense.

Participants will gain from leading facilitator Rod Hattch's twenty plus years of facilitation experience across the public and private sector and his dynamic and engaging style of facilitation.
