Your Own Worst Enemy – How Not to Be!

Setting Goals and Staying Motivated

Start 2010 on the right foot and ensure your plans are realised.

Have you ever set yourself a goal or perhaps committed to stopping or starting something, such as a business or marketing plan, and not managed to follow through?

Have you ever set a goal only to be disappointed when you didn't achieve it? Have you sometimes lack motivation and it stopped you achieving your goals?

Well, you are not alone!
