weekly e-news letter and events reminder
Each month you will receive our e-news which lists the upcoming events, promotions or offers for members, and articles and tips on networking. We also send a weekly reminder of the upcoming events as a last minute prompt so you don't miss what's coming up, we also list a featured member event that they are hosting.
ARTICLES AND INTERVIEWS
We regularly publish on the website articles on a range of professional communication and inter-personal skills topics by subject matter experts (members are also able to submit articles for publications). We also interview some of the leading members.
TAP INTO THE EXPERTISE OF OTHER MEMBERS
The collaborative environment we create make for an openness that enables members to work together and share their expertise and insights. Attend events for free
Once you join, Schmooze hosted events are free to attend for members. With about eight events per month there is sure to be an activity to suit you, plus members can promote their own events on the website for free! Members also receive several Guest Passes to allow colleagues and friends to experience Schmooze for free as well.
Members are also often invited to events hosted by other members or kindred organisations at special rates.
PROMOTE your events, BUSINESS and NEWS
If can't come to our events, you can still benefit from being a member! You can add details of upcoming events onto our website calendar, add newsletters, articles, or post special offers you want to share with other members- all for free.
We have on average 500 unique visitors per day viewing this website (growing at 25% per month), plus the events can be featured in the e-news going to out to over 1500 members and subscribers. So even if you don't come to an event you can get the word out about your activities.

Schmooze runs about four different formats of events per month: workshops, networking events, discussion groups and lunches/dinners. So in theory you could potentially attend over 40 events in a year- there is bound to be several in our program each month that would interest you.

In addition to the regular mix of networking, dinners and workshops each month we also run masterclass and social events designed in partnership with our members. We only use member venues for our events and activities. Schmooze members are often decision makers for their organisations PR, marketing or training budgets and love to see new venues. What better way to showcase your venue, or support an event or showcase your expertise to our members and guests?
Joint Events with Strategic Partners
Schmooze is an outward looking organisation and likes to create more opportunities for our members through working with kindred organisations. Throughout the year we have joint events with a range of professional associations, business groups and young professional organisations to expand your networking possibilties.
MENTORING
Members of Schmooze can participate in our mentoring program drawing on the experience and insights of members.
